Contact the Lost&Found or Baggage Claim desk (usually located next to the baggage belts) at the airport and show your baggage tag, boarding pass, and passport. The airport representative will help you to make a property irregularity report (PIR). To receive a reimbursement you may also need receipts, invoices, labels, etc. for the lost or damaged items, or an act from the luggage workshop about the cost of the suitcase repairing (or impossibility of repair).
- Fill out the application.
- Collect and scan the necessary documents.
